Job Description


ROLE

As a member of Academy (L&D) team, will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs.


EXPERIENCE RANGE: 3-5 years


PREFERRED LOCATION: Delhi / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Noida / Pune



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining the monthly calendar
Organizing & coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Organize training programs using virtual tools to meet specific training needs
Liaise with subject matter experts for internal trainings
Interact with employees about training options
Excellent at working on excel
Organize and take care of logistics of various delivery methods including classroom instruction and virtual training
Always adheres to InvenioLSIs core values
Roll out feedback and training effectiveness post training sessions using LMS
Track and report on training outcomes (feedback)
Training Material management
Maintain employee training records
Generate various daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to training programs
Ensure availability of classroom, utilities & training materials,

SKILLS:

Well versed with virtual environment using Zoom, Teams Meeting, WebEx
Proficiency in MS-Office
Expertise in Excel is a must pivot, vlookup, preparing graphs etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with comfort in presenting to groups,
Vendor Management is key
Passionate about career growth in L&D and open to learning
Self-driven
Ability to handle stressful situation

ACCOUNTABILITY

Responsible for coordination of all training programs
Ensure smooth working in virtual environment
Vendor Management
Fortnightly & Monthly MIS/Dashboard preparation
Task delivery without any escalations from internal customers and participants, external vendors and other stake holders
Responding to queries received in L&D mailbox as per SLA.
Ensures that the smooth functioning of the training program project is the highest priority
Completion of assigned task as per timelines
Collaborate with internal teams (HR and Finance and Admin) to ensure smooth and timely completion of task
