2. What geographical areas do Invenio recruit for?
Invenio is a global company and has a presence in India, UK, Middle East, Mauritius, US and Fiji. You are welcome to apply for any positions available in these geographies, but you must be a resident or hold a valid work permit for that region.

7. What is the selection process?
Initially, a Talent Acquisition team member will reach out to you to discuss your credentials, experience and interests. If you are shortlisted to participate in the next stage of the process, you will be taken through several rounds of discussions at various levels to evaluate your suitability and fit for the role.
8. How will I know if I am selected to participate in the interview process?
A member of the Talent Acquisition team will contact candidates shortlisted for the interview process. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will try to contact you by e-mail or SMS.
9. How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment process at Invenio is very quick. The time taken from the application stage to the final interview and shortlisting typically ranges from 3 to 10 days.
10. If selected, will I be required to undergo any type of background verification?
Yes. We conduct a formal background verification check on all new hires as a standard process.
11. Are there any reference checks I need to go through before being employed?
Upon your final selection, we conduct reference checks before you join the organisation. This process is applicable for candidates hired at certain specific levels.
12. When can I re-apply if I do not pass the interview process?
If you do not pass the interview process, you can re-apply for the position after 6 months.
13. Will I get training?

14. How will I continue to grow as a professional in Invenio?
Invenio offers two career paths for its employees. Those who would like to be individual contributors may choose a technical path and move up the ladder to become SMEs/Technical Gurus. On the other hand, employees who have a flair for managerial roles will progress into areas like Project Management which involve additional responsibilities.
15. What formalities do I need to complete before I join Invenio?
Once you formally accept our offer, we will initiate your on-boarding process. The starts with a welcome email, followed by periodic updates on Invenio. A week before starting, the e-joining kit will be sent to you. You are required to complete and bring this kit with you on your first day, as per the stipulated guidelines.
It has been brought to our attention that a small number of candidates who have attended interviews for positions with Invenio Business Solutions have been charged a fee by recruitment agencies in order to be put forward to the selection process.
