[Practice Lead Manufacturing & Logistics]

My Manager is (L1 level): Global Head Manufacturing & Logistics (Services & Solutions)

My job is:
Make Invenio transform seamlessly into Best Consulting Company by aligning the M&L skills into the Industry 4.0 Ensure all the Consultants possess Digital Core Enablement in S4H in their respective skill areas and Solution Manager 7.2 Ensure to improve Client satisfaction in all the M&L Projects by successful delivery through improved business knowledge, communication skills, documentation skills, Coach and develop the Manufacturing and Logistics Services team members to enable them to deliver the best possible outcome for our Customers. Enable Sharing of Knowledge across the team through Knowledge sharing sessions, white papers preparation, tips & tricks document, simplification approach, Project implementation methodologies etc., and store in a repository. Identification of Re-usable components from past and running projects by defining a set of standards and ensure to share the list for re-use in every project. Additionally, support Global Head M&L to evaluate and develop a small product / service package from these components in the form of ready-to-use / deploy kind of product / service Ensure the POC infrastructure are available for core streams like S4H, EWM, IBP, ARIBA etc., with latest package with standard demo scenarios are running successful. Propagate the readiness with Sales team to trigger quick Customer discussions and identify and build new scenarios as needed for the Industry. Support Global Head M&L to prepare GTM content and support Sales team for new solutions and services Carry out Project reviews for all M&L projects and ensure that the review comments are agreed and implemented amicably to improve the quality of solutions, documentation and customer satisfaction including bringing out areas of improvement, learning areas and future engagement plans Support KM Champion and Re-usability Champion and their Leaders in their knowledge journey enablement Maintain Transparency with Global Head M&L

I am at Practice Lead Level because: I have over 10 years of experience with multi-project experience and have an appetite to learn and share knowledge Have reputation for my skills set and can quickly gain reputation within Team Have Leadership skills that can improve the Practice skills to meet the customer needs Have patience to hear the Consultants and support them in consultation with Global Head M&L Identify and support Consultants to transform into Leaders in their own area

I spend:
60% of my time by engaging in Customer Projects and review Projects
40% of my time by engaging in Practice Lead roles It is to be noted that the above split in just an indicative and need not be a strict measurement. The Leader shall be flexible to allocate the time according to the need of the business situation

Skills enablement to Industry 4.0 and Digital Core is achieved Knowledge enablement, Re-usable enablement and its framework is completed and widely used in all Projects Seamless POC builds and delivery is achieved Able to achieve improved Client satisfaction and team expansion activities Improve the overall morale and motivation of Consultants and ensure M&L a trusted Practice to stay with through transparent engagement, identify support areas of improvement and provide a successful Career Path. Identify highly skilled Consultants to transform into Lead Consultants Zero escalation in Projects by Project Manager and Customer
