The Practice Head will collaborate with Invenio's business owners, delivery team, sales and pre-sales team, practice heads, designers, developer to deliver the following Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Integration Practice efficiently and be backbone to the Delivery Organisation
Provide the leadership and guidance
Interact and provide IDP (Individual Development Plan) for the team assigned to the competency
Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the presales
Participate and Contribute to organizational initiatives in improving the delivery quality and enhance the maturity level of the organization
Establish CoE Best Practices, Policies, Governance and guidelines and ensure the success of it
Define processes, implement and review and enhance to ensure that the processes are in-line with the organizational principles and values
Define and build reusable, templates and solution components that can enhance delivery
Develop and institutionalize Competency Framework, Assessment of Learning needs and Training Plan
Guiding and Mentoring project team
Take overall ownership of the hiring, staffing and team development
Work with RMG, HR and TA functions to hire and staff the solution delivery team for the projects
Perform periodic reviews and participate in the appraisal cycle for the team members
Identify the resource needs and coordinate with RMG for project allocation
Mentoring and Coaching
Provide technical mentoring, enablement and coaching to the integration teams
Work with the delivery teams to identify the training gaps and needs
Work with the training team to address the gaps
Devise trainings ensuring that the business objectives are addressed
The ETS Practice Head will be accountable to deliver the following:
Recruitment and allocation of ETS resources to support required business projects
Optimum utilization of resources in the department
Performance management, talent development and succession planning of all ETS resources
Smooth day-to-day operation of the department
Knowledge management of ETS resources to enable seamless project delivery
Continuous improvement of departmental offerings to enhance Invenios competitive edge in the Integration Services Sector
Skills & Expertise
Functional experience & skills/knowledge required for the role include:
Technical background and ability to converse with the consultants at technical level
Well versed with industry trends, tools & technologies in Enterprise Integration space
Experience of having set up a Centre of Excellence
Experience in managing customers
Experience in working with Project Delivery and Service Delivery
Experience leading creation of reusable, templates and solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Managed consultants, groomed and mentored
Built teams from entry level to seasoned
Manage and enhance the relationships with the academic institutions

Bachelor of Engineering or Technology from a reputed Institute (Preferred)
Overall experience of 14 -18 years in IT consulting or Services
People Management/Leadership experience of 5+ years
Should currently be in a People Management/Leadership role
