Excellent communication skills
Graduate with min 2 years of experience preferably with IT Industry
Managing reception
Managing Internal/External Calls
Must Have experience into ticket, hotel booking and visa processing background
Attending Walk-ins.
Subscription & Renewal of Newspapers and magazines.
Arranging for working lunch, Dinner , Snacks etc.
Handling Printing Works.
Handling domestic and PAN India accommodations (Hotels, Guest house, Service apartments etc.).
Responsible for effectively managing Front Office functions of the company covering guest relations, office communications, support corporate event management, and
administrative support.
Manage guest (client visitors, vendor visitors, employee visitors, VIP visitors) relations Manage physical security to protect company property and control movement of people
Manage office communications (phone, courier) services Administrative support for corporate event management

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
